Welcome to Hitchiner Manufacturing Co., Inc.
The world's leading producer of ferrous and nonferrous investment castings
Hitchiner Manufacturing Co., Inc. is the world's leading producer of ferrous and nonferrous investment castings. Investment casting is one of the oldest of the metallurgical arts, and also the most modern. Hitchiner investment castings are at work in the fiery combustion chambers of jet aircraft and in the cold vacuum of space. Yet, the root of this technology, the lost wax, or cire perdue process, dates back beyond recorded history. Hitchiner foundries use advanced technology, such as countergravity casting, robotics, conveyorization and automation, to transform this time-honored art into an advanced high volume method of producing near-net-shape metal components. We produce investment castings in a wide variety of alloys, ranging from iron, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and bronze, to titanium, titanium aluminide, and metal-matrix composites. Our United States plants are located in New Hampshire, and Missouri. Hitchiner also has investment casting production facilities in Mexico, a sales and engineering office in France, and sales agents located throughout the world.
